I always have a fantastic experience at the clinic with Ashleigh at every visit. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and she made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my skin concerns stood out. She goes through all the steps regarding laser treatments, too, which is very helpful.
The results from my treatment exceeded my expectations every time.
Ashleigh explained everything clearly and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs.
I felt completely at ease the whole time. I'm so happy with my experience and will be coming back. Highly recommend Ashleigh!!!!

I had laser hair removal done at Silk Laser Clinics and couldn’t be happier with my experience! Ashleigh attended to my partners laser hair removal today, given my partner has some minor mobility issues and can sometimes struggle to remain still for any period of time Ashleigh went above and beyond what I have seen previously at other clinics. Ashleigh provided a sincerely compassionate and professional service that left my partner feeling terrific and hair free! I would definitely recommend Belconnen Silk Laser and especially Ashleigh. I’m getting my laser treatment and on my first appointment I was kind of nervous till I getting treated here by Kabita! She is the loveliest beauty service provider. always makes me feel completely at ease and this is my 3 appointment and looking forward for my appointments with her. cannot recommend her enough. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service I received. The technician performing my laser treatment was unprofessional and careless. She began the procedure without doing any proper markings, and despite my discomfort, she refused to adjust the heat. As a result, I’ve been left with a painful burn in my armpit. I’ve undergone laser treatments several times before and have never experienced such negligence or disregard for basic safety protocols. This was not only unacceptable—it was dangerous. I will absolutely not be returning and strongly caution others to think twice before booking here.

Jasmine and the lovely ladies @ Belconnen . From the first visit and onwards they are only to happy to help. The products are really great and if you ask they will sort your products for you. Soothing gel and and Lipid balm helped my daughters eczema.Thanku Jasmine and ladies see you soon.
