I have been to a lot of pharmacy's in my life however Andrew as a pharmacist has stood out. He cares, he explains everything and takes the time, if he doesn't know he will find out. I have known Denise for awhile at the shoal bay pharmacy. She is always welcoming and really nice. The other staff always make a big effort to help as well.

The staff are always helpful and willing to make every effort. I have used them for my mother's medication (delivered to her door) and some of mine when away from home. Amazing, friendly service and always willing to find a solution.

Shoal Bay Pharmacy helped me to access my medication while on holidays and even after I returned home interstate. They cared about me as a patient enough to read through the legislation and make several phone calls to specialists and governing bodies to ensure that I got the medical care I needed. Pharmacies like this are rare and an example to all. A special thank you to Jamie for being a great help.
