The absolute worst. So unorganised. Wife came in for NT scan. Was so long and drawn out and they kept asking if we had an NIPT done which we did elsewhere but kept repeating themselves about it and asked my wife to do another screening blood test out of pocket which is such a waste of time as the NIPT is gold standard. They said her report from NT would be ready in 2-4 days so my wife booked her GP and hospital appointment for the 5th day. Come that day no report ready. We called to follow up they said we were given wrong information it should have been 1.5 weeks for the report but they said report it ready just not approved which is so stupid. So my wife is out of pocket $100 for the GP for no reason cos of their organisation skills. They were absolutely hopeless. The sonographer was also a real “worst case scenario” type of person making them entire experience very anxiety driven” . Go to Sydney ultrasound for women or even the public hospital. They are 100 times more organised than this place

Highly reccomended! The staff here are absolutely wonderful, from the people at reception to the technicians, all so supportive and kind. Medicare rebates are put through on the spot and everything is explained clearly.
It makes such a huge difference to be treated so warmly and kindly when having tests done that I can't reccomend this place highly enough. Thank you so much to the staff for making a potentially stressful experience as good as it can possibly can be, so appreciated from patients!!

I had an appointment for a 13 week fetal ultrasound here. I tried to book initially for Sydney Ultrasound for Women in Kograh as I have previously had such good experiences there but they were closed for renovations so I booked at this clinic. I have to say, the service from receptionist to sonographer to Michael who helped me with issues I was having logging in to the portal was PHENOMENAL! Honestly, such caring, kind and beyond and above service from every person we came in to contact with. Needless to say, I will have no reservations about booking my future scans in here or recommending your wonderful service to others. Great job!

THEY ONLY SEE YOU AS DOLLAR SIGNS!!! If you value your mental health, then stay away from this business!!! I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this practice. It’s taken over 3 months for a response in regards to an ongoing issue. Not only was I mislead and lied to, the phone etiquette I received was appalling. Not only was I not listened to, ignored and cut off, but I was also told what my opinion is/should be and how to think and feel. I would give no stars or minus stars but unfortunately it isn’t an option. For the sake of your mental health DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!

I had two good experiences here, and one awful one. Unfortunately the awful one has really outweighed the good and we will never be going back. At my 20 week scan, the ultrasound technician shamed us for not getting the NIPT (as if it isn't an absolute PRIVILEGE for those who are able to afford it). She said she rarely comes across women who haven't had it done (I find this hard to believe based on the current NSW statistic for the number of pregnancies who have it). We told her we opted for the nuchal instead, but this absolutely wasn't good enough for her. She had the audacity to tell my husband when I was using the restroom that we made a mistake by not getting it. She then asked who my doctor was, because, according to her, it's the doctor's job to push you to get the NIPT (I'm not over 35...so no, it isn't). She was horrible to us and had an attitude for the rest of the scan. My sister is a technician so I understand that you need to know if anything was picked up in the NIPT so you can look closer at things...but seriously This I would never want to risk having her again. For all of my other scans we went to Sutho hospital and they were BEAUTIFUL to us. I told them about this experience and they were horrified and apologised on behalf of technicians. My sister was outraged by the way we were treated.

EDIT: I almost forgot! I scheduled my nuchal for a Thursday, and so I had my bloodwork done on the Tuesday as instructed. On the Wednesday, a receptionist called and said that they couldn't see me on Thursday and could I come in Friday. I asked if that would be okay seeing as I've already had my bloods done. She said yes.
So I show up on the Friday and they say no no, your appointment is for NEXT Friday. I told the receptionist that's impossible as the woman on the phone assured me that 3 days after the bloods would be fine. Thankfully they were able to fit me in but what a kerfuffle and a huge mistake on their part.

Wow. It’s not often that you walk away from a medical appointment raving about the service but talk about exceed expectations. From the minute I was welcome in, to every person I interacted with, I was treated with so much comparison and kindness. I kept crying because everyone was so nice.
Vicki, you were so lovely and gentle and apologising for hurting me even though you didn’t hurt. You were so caring.
Megan, what a lovely gentle soul you are who was so kind and asked me questions about my family. You were so sweet.
Michelle, my goodness. You held my hand and reassured me and I felt as comfortable as I could be under the circumstances.
Dr Mordi, your skills and lovely bedside manner are so much appreciated.
Thank you all so much for making a bad situation so much more bearable.
Thanks to you all I’m getting the care I need so quickly.

Julie was my technician and she made the entire experience so easy, and she was very respectful and professional throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable, calm, and she even had me laughing! I will always come here for my images 🙂
