Doctors are great but the reception area lets this place down.
When you wait in line there is no acknowledgment.
Just a simple ‘I’ll be with you in a moment’ would be nice.
Unfriendly feel but they are nice later when it’s your turn.

Very impressed with the helpful, friendly Reception staff and the Ultrasound technician at Miranda. Lovely to meet people who care for you when you need it. Also the Doctor who administered the Cortisone injection painlessly.

The worst place, do not come here. My pregnant wife was yelled at by an elderly worker when she couldn't remember something within 5 seconds of being asked. Absolutely horrible, avoid.

MRI sign off from the doctor at this service is taking three weeks because they only work every second Wednesday. Absolutely do not recommend this place at all. I was glad they got me in quick but from past experience, if I had just booked in somewhere and got in later, I’d definitely have my report by now anyway.

Go elsewhere for anything MRI related.

Edit to add: receptionists constantly gave different information. Like once the report was signed off I would have it on the portal in 24 hours, then someone said three days, someone else 24 hours again and then a week. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional workers in the health industry before.

Radiographer and doctor were great however the reception staff are rude. Working in a healthcare setting, you would think they’d be able to show a little more compassion. Clearly not the right people for the job.

As a private business you would think to hire the best front counter staff possible, however this is not the case, the front counter staff are very very rude, zero basic human manners, at first my dad and I thought it may have been us that caused this foul mood, however we over heard their phone manner as well. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour, if you don’t like the job find something else.

Nice clean, clinic, with friendly staff but the MRI technician is the most professional and kind person with a wonderful bedside manner. Would recommend coming here for an MRI , especially if nervous to have one done. Thankyou !

I am so grateful that I met the amazing people at SMI Miranda.
Rolled my ankle quite badly on a Monday. Saw my GP early Tuesday - got my X-ray done within 5 minutes of walking in.
MRI booked in for Wednesday afternoon (boo hoo to all the people who told me it may take a week to get a booking) and I just had the smoothest experience ever with Kelsea and Karen at reception and Rukaya setting me up for a successful scan.
I was in an out in 30 minutes.
There is no way anyone (not even McDonalds) could have processed me any faster.
The words “professional” or “proficient” don’t adequately describe this team. This is how the support side of medicine should run - wonderful people.
And there’s good coffee at white horse cafe just 50m around the corner.
