I was looking for a Doctor, as I had a wound that was not healing and Shire Doctors and Dentist was exactly what I was looking for. I booked my appointment on line and got a time and date which suited me perfectly. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. The Doctor I saw was amazing he was on time, personable and right away I felt very comfortable and assured he was exactly who I needed to be looking after my wound. I will definitely be going back to this practice as well as telling all my friends. Such an excellent practice. The website was really easy to use, and once I had submitted a form, I was contacted immediately by the friendly admin staff. The clinic was clean, and well set out. I received an iron infusion through the infusion clinic, where I was given a thorough explanation by a doctor, and was provided fantastic care by the practice nurses. I would highly recommend!

It is always a place not just only to complain but learn if you ask questions. The nurses are so helpful, advise adequately and very professional always smiling, with great response. The GP took his time to explain(lecture) us on our enquiry, he asked politely uf we understood him otherwise he was ready to explain further. I don’t wish for anyone to be ill but if you need to go in there, be rest assured that from the reception you are in a safe place.
