Great friendly experience for front desk to doctor, didn't even have to wait 5 minutes until the doctor call me in. Very organised practice. Highly recommend.

I won’t name anyone, but one of the doctors here prescribed me medication for an issue I wasn’t even seeking treatment for. They were consistently late to appointments but always quick to usher me out for another booking.

After consulting two other doctors, both were puzzled as to why that particular medication was prescribed.

These same two practices requested my records from Shell Cove Family Health on my behalf, but neither request was fulfilled.

Since changing doctors, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my health.

Overall, my experience with both the reception staff and the doctor left me feeling like financial gain was prioritised over genuine patient care.

Dr Foley is a wonderful, empathic and knowledgeable General Practitioner. The practice it self is a little expensive at times but is a very professional and friendly practice.

It was hard to get into doctor’s surgery at first, but once I managed to get in, I was really impressed. After attending inner city medical centres over the last few years, the punctuality, cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff here was excellent!

Very appreciative of having such a caring and professional medical centre close by. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctors are so experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dr Conlon is just awesome. I always feel so comfortable with her.
