I had an incredibly positive experience at Services NSW today, thanks to the exceptional service and compassion of one of their staff members. I was feeling extremely anxious and overwhelmed about applying for a Working with Children's Check, but the worker who assisted me was absolutely amazing. She was so empathetic and understanding, taking the time to explain the process and answer all my questions.

Her kindness and patience were a balm to my frazzled nerves, and she went above and beyond to help me navigate the application process. Her warmth and genuine care were a beacon of hope, and she has truly restored my faith in the public service.

I can't sing her praises enough - she's an absolute asset to the Services NSW team and a shining example of the power of human connection. If you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed about any aspect of the Working with Children's Check process, know that there are people like this incredible worker who care and are there to help.

Thank you again to the amazing staff at Services NSW for a truly unforgettable experience. I'll be sure to share my positive experience with others!

Waiting time is ridiculous and the girls behind the computers seem to just want to chat to everybody and not do there job.

Today a long que and the auto call TV not working and only two service desks open.
The immense personality issues that plague the old RMS in Ridge St seem to have disappeared with the new staff but still possible to get a first reception at times.
Premises are too small with a missed opportunity at the old McDonald's where extra room and dedicated parking is available.
Definitely need more staff with the increased range of business now transacted.

Visited Service NSW Nambucca Heads office today and I was very fortunate to have Heidi assist me to attach my Covid Vax DIGITAL certificate (in MyGov) to my Service NSW QR app. I had been experiencing problems for the last 6 days, uninstalling then re-installing the QR app several times. She explained there had been intermittent problems since last Friday. Heidi assisted me in setting up the Medicare Express Plus app which I could use to store my Covid Vax Certificate OFFLINE. And the bonus..... I was successful in attaching my Covid Vax Certificate to the Service NSW QR app. Heidi was extremely helpful, patient and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Many thanks Heidi.

There site says open and closes from 1 to 1.30 for lunch get there at 2 and the sign says closed from 2 to 2.30 for lunch so I wait then the sign says closed for rest of day..NO SERVICE NSW more like it ...so typical of the government these days.. obsolete

Closed on a Wednesday at 10,45am. Terrible. I urgently need to transfer my car. They require original receipt so can’t be done online. Where are they?
