So lucky to attend the fire ceremony and sound healing for the winter solstice on the weekend. Cass has a tranquil and calming space for her sound healings sessions and they are just magical. Highly recommend Serentiy Soul Healing…..it is just so relaxing and nourishing to hear and feel the crystal bowls and other instruments. I’m feeling so much more focused and grounded. Do yourself a favour and attend a sound healing with Cass.
