Quick and easy process with super friendly and knowledgeable staff member named Jackie. The call line was always very quick, with barely any wait time with friendly call staff that answers all questions or concerns. Also, tip when arriving to the centre is press very hard on the doorbell button until a blue light appears on the button.

Absolutely horrific experience with Seer Medical.

Will avoid at all costs in the future.

Our 2yo daughter suddenly stopped breathing without explanation. She needed an EEG.

We went backwards and forwards between the WCH and Seer to get the referral sorted - neither seemed to care about following up.

This unnecessarily delayed getting the EEG, leading to further stress.

Every time we called Seer, we got a different person. There was no continuity of care and nobody seemed to know what was going on.

When they finally got the referral, there was a further delay.

Then finally, after the EEG, they said the report would be sent to the doctor two days later. To be safe, we made a doctor’s appointment a week and a half later.

By the time we went to the doctor, Seer still hadn’t sent them the EEG results report.

We had to keep chasing it up with them and to top it all off, they kept getting our name wrong.

We are significantly out of pocket and we are still waiting to learn the results of the EEG.

The woman that set me up for the 72 hour EEG provided excellent advice and instructions. Her tips and descriptions were clear and precise. Her advice was necessary, and ensured that I was able to have a good experience, particularly with the process of removing the device.

This place is truly horrible, went there for an EEG and had the guy I think called Alex. From the get go, it was clear he didn't like his job as he rushed everything and complained that we were early whilst doing a really bad job of gluing down the EEG head gears. After my trial was over and I went in to get the tags removed, Alex began RIPPING them out of my hair saying that I was moving too much, in the end I had to remove the rest of the tags at home. Not helpful and wouldn't recommend AT ALL, Alex just seems like he doesn't like his job.

So far my experience of Seer medical has been absolutely awful and I have not even been able to get tested yet.
We were referred 7 days ago and I am still trying to get an appointment. I ring they take my number several hours pass I miss a call I ring back they take my number and so it goes on.
