I had the most incredible experience at Seeds of wellness! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The staff was exceptionally professional and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The ambiance was serene and luxurious, creating the ideal escape from reality.

The treatment I received was, hands down, the best I’ve ever had—pure bliss from start to finish. The therapist was skilled, thorough, and truly made me feel pampered. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and already planning my next visit.

Such a wonderful way to relax and unwind. It was an early birthday gift from my mother and sister in law.

The foot-wash/scrub was a lovely treat to start with. The Swedish massage was so wonderful, came away feeling rejuvenated! I love the private and comfy lounges where you wait prior to and following a treatment. The beautifully presented tray of water, tea, trail mix and a cold wet cloth was a perfect way to finish the session.

I had the most beautiful afternoon with Maria. The best massage I have had in a long time. Both relaxing and remedial. On Maria’s suggestion, I also tried the sauna and ice bath, which I absolutely loved and will definitely be doing again. Such a beautiful space, and I went home feeling so relaxed! Can’t wait for my next time!

.Had the bars 1 experience at Seeds of Wellness Holistic Health Centre yesterday and I can't even put into words how I woke up this morning! It's like all my worries are erased and I have a renewed passion for life and everything feels amazing...it's hard to explain but I feel a renewed purpose and energy to live my best life and the world looks brand new! I strongly recommend it and believe us women deserve to feel our amazing beautiful selves ❤️ 100% recommend
