I’ve been seeing Savitri for several years, and I can confidently say her treatments are exceptional. Savitri is professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and adapt the treatment to my needs. Each session leaves me feeling more balanced, relaxed, and supported in my healing journey.

It’s clear Savitri is deeply dedicated to their clients’ well-being, and I’ve seen nothing but professionalism and kindness from her. I noticed a negative review here, but it doesn’t align with my experience at all and with many of my friends who also see her. It’s worth mentioning that the reviewer seems to have left a large number of reviews that aren’t visible, which is suspicious and doesn’t reflect the incredible care I’ve received here.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful and experienced acupuncturist who truly cares, I highly recommend Savitri!

Savitri has a very special gift of
being intune with helping people with their health needs.I get relief for my health issues everytime I make a booking.I moved from Sydney four years ago & my biggest concern was to find someone to replace my Acunputurist whom really knew his occupation.I am so Thankful I found Second Springs & I have never looked backwards.I can't recommend them highly enough.

I don't like being repeatedly gas lit and told that my symptoms worsening after each acupuncture session must be because I’m relaxed and so I therefore feel worse for several days (?!).

You’ve so far blamed my experiences on that and on long covid ‘ups and downs’ but it’s not a coincidence that I always feel worse for days after our appointments and that’s something you should be open to considering, especially after we’ve had several appointments.

I think you should listen more to the client and trust that they know their own body. You shouldn't assume that when someone repeatedly tells you that they feel terrible after the treatment, that this has nothing to do with the treatment. You need to be more humble and treat customers with respect. I’ve been spending several hundreds of dollars only to feel worse so I deserve my experience to be taken seriously and not always dismissed. I’ve been very polite, and very patient, why can’t you behave in the same way?

I explained that I felt better both during and after one appointment, the one time that you made efforts to give me a gentle treatment. I asked that you treat me lightly like that in future, (since after all of the other appointments I felt so much worse), only to be gaslit again and told that I was treated the exact same way. Clearly I wasn’t, since for one thing, you burnt something over the acupuncture points last time and other times, which intensifies the treatment. You didn’t do this on the one occasion that the acupuncture helped me.

Long covid is known for being a condition that needs to be treated cautiously and gently because flare ups happen when treatment is too strong. I have arranged to see another acupuncturist and have checked they understand this, which they do. They’ve explained that you have to be very careful when burning over the acupuncture points because of how easily you can over do it.

You finally offered to do a shorter treatment (which wasn’t what I’d asked for) but in the same text wrote defensively that you ‘don’t “think”’, but you ‘know’ you did the same treatment last time and suggested I saw someone different. I had already arranged to see a different acupuncturist by this time because honestly, who wouldn’t have? But there’s obviously a big issue when you’d rather lose a client than simply address their valid concern and adjust your treatment.

You shouldn't repeatedly tell someone they are an ‘over thinker’, at every single appointment, just because on one occasion they challenge you when you say something ignorant, offensive and frankly antisemitic. I am not the only Jew who opposes the war, and while I’m not an Orthodox Jew, it’s also not acceptable or remotely true, to make a sweeping statement that Orthodox Jews think it’s ok for Israel to take land from Palestinians in the future! You shouldn’t share your opinions on these matters with your customers.

Nor should you tell someone they are not normal and go on and on about how sensitive they are just because they asked you at the first appointment to let them know just before you put the needles in.

Nor is it a good idea to talk about how you are looking forward to taking a month’s holiday because of all you’ve saved up, less than a second after your customer has just reported being too sick to work full time and to save money to afford a break from work to recover from illness.

I think you should consider that if someone seems uncomfortable around you, it’s something you are saying, rather than always assume that there is something wrong with them. You should take correct notes of the treatments you provide (since you insist you noted what you did in our appointments) or just admit your mistakes, and you should listen to how the treatment affects your clients.

Savitri is incredible , she is knowledgeable and gentle.

She really listens to you and your needs and creates the perfect treatment for you

The treatments are so relaxing and she doesn’t rush like so many acupuncturists these days .

You spend 60 minutes on the table not 30 , and this gives your body time to really relax and embrace the benefits of the session

Her acupuncture skills are amazing and the cupping is divine !

Looking forward to my next treatment
Highly recommend her !! 10/10
