I can't recommend Seacliff Healthcare Medical Centre enough. Moving back from interstate and finding a good GP is a massive challenge. Seacliff have been fantastic and I absolutely love the care and support I receive for my health – especially Dr. Cassidy. She is brilliant and so easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Doctors are great, I've been a client from the very beginning. I was really disappointed that I was billed the full $90 consultation rate to be given some pathology test results that were negative. This could have been a simple text message. I was out in less than 5 mins. A waste of the doctors time, a waste of my time, a waste of my money and taxpayers money. Really poor form, in other professions this is flat out unacceptable.

Dr Ruiz is fantastic! She is really thorough and has a way of explaining things that ensures you'll understand.

Definitely recommend this practice. All the staff are fantastic too and very good with little ones.

Doctors are amazing. Reception one women specifically is awful. She is rude, does not update you when doctors are running late. I have complained to the doctor about her and my partner just had the same experience. She was very rude to an elderly man which was quite jaunting to watch

We have been seeing Jennifer for several years and she is the best. She listens patiently and always gives a thorough examination. Her serenity is always helping calm your nerves. The reception desk are also a stellar team; always polite and helpful. Danielle has always been supportive and gives us a spot (if possible for her). Thank you the team and wish you the best. Dr Bowler is the best GP I've ever come across. I was her patient when she was at campus clinic in Wollongong and followed her when she went to Thirroul. She's thorough and always listens to you and takes the time to explain. Both Dr Bowler and Danielle (her receptionist) always go above and beyond to help. The centre is also very comfortable and spotless.

I have been a patient of Dr Bowler's for over five years. I have always found her to be an exceptional doctor, who is certainly a rarity in that I trust her implicitly. It is not just that she actually cares about her patients, but more that she tells me exactly what my options are and then allows me to make decisions on my own care, without pressure or judgement. Dr Bowler's approach is that of a nurturing practice. I can only applaud her for it.
