I would like to say that Sandy in the injection area deserves Praise for her pleasant & friendly nature always, she is only Filling In,but she puts u at ease& the Best lovely person l have met in a Doctors Clinic, congratulations Sandy u will be Missed!!! All the staff & Doctors especially Dr Fahed Amed r always extremely helpful and friendly too!! He always Listens,never in a hurry,has always given me Excellent advice re my concerns & illnesses!! Also Ruby is the Best Injection giver,always extremely helpful & polite

It took more than 35 minutes to wait and see Dr.Afshan. no excuse or apology from the doctor or reception. Be prepared for the delay and long wait time to see any doctor in this center. I had the same experience with another doctor last year. The Bulk Bill is the most attractive point to come to this center. Doctors are professional and caring no issue with that. But the longer wait time needs to be reduced will help your customers.

The service provided by Scott St Medical Centre, Melton is outstanding. The doctors and reception staff are knowledgeable and dedicated, even to the point of ringing home to check on progress. Dr Shaami is delightful and explains things clearly. You know she cares. This is a busy practice with plain décor. You are there for the doctor’s expertise, not fancy furniture. Pathology is on the premises, so it’s not necessary to go across town for your tests. If you have to wait a little beyond your appointment time, be glad that someone is receiving extra care. When it comes to your turn, you will receive the care that you require. Be patient and courteous. I have experienced many medical services and doctors in my life, many very high priced. The service at Scott St Medical Centre exceeds all of them. I feel very glad to have found this medical service in Melton. Thank you to the doctors and staff for your honest approach and your caring philosophy.

To the staff who congregate for chats outside my unit, please stop. My study backs onto the laneway, and I can hear all your arguments, personal life stories, and it really interferes with my zoom calls, and ability to study. Go further down the laneway, I don't really care, just don't do it outside my window. Today was a great example of personal information being discussed in a public area, for all to hear.

I hate to be a patient of this practice, and hear that private information is being shared in such a public area.

Reception roughly spoken , rude.

Regardless called in to explain been resting as not well. Female Indian receptionist proceeds to say: " Well! You may get charged $20 for calling now. So would you like to change your appointment to over the phone?"

Patients call for a reason. Not to be scolded like a naughty child!

Me & my family have come here for a couple of years now and we love the doctors here. Especially our Doctor, Dr Golnar Azizi she has been our family doctor since we started coming here and also our work cover doctor! She’s goes through every little thing when it comes to our health! Another person who we really adore here is our favourite receptionist who always knows our names and never fails to recognise us whenever we walk in. She always says hello to us by calling our names out. You are just the best Josephina!! We love you, thank you for always helping us out when we need help. We recommend seeing the best doctor, Dr Azizi for all health needs and seeing the best receptionist Josephina for every other needs!!

This used be one of the best medical centres in Melton...not any more! receptionists dont seem to know what they are doing or saying. Making appointments breaking appointments, saying that there are no doctors coz they are all ill, closing well before the actual closing time. I had 3 appointments cancelled, I have run out of meds, I don't know what they expect me to do. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!😡

Generally they aren't to bad. Today I had to see the doctor for some test results. I left work early to make the earliest appointment they had which was 2.45pm I arrived 5 minutes early. The doctor went and saw patients that had appointments after me. I have gone up and spoke to reception and they said the doctor is finished seeing patients now and that they need to speak to there manager. it is now 3.42pm and have spoke to me again today another doctor will see me soon dont know when? I am pretty annoyed
