Some weeks ago I phoned the Centre to make an appointment with my usual doctor, Dr Angel as I had been bitten by my cat in my right hand 2 days earlier. I explained the situation to the lady at reception stating I wanted to make sure the wound was not infected. The earliest I could get an appointment was 3 days later but seeing there was a need for urgency the lady said she would text Dr Angel explain the situation and let me know. Within 20 min I received a call advising me to come in straight away Dr Angel would see me now. To cut along story short the wound was indeed infected but thanks to the quick thinking of the medical team at Majellan I was able to avert a serious health incident. My heart felt thanks to Dr Angel and his team.

I’ve only had positive experiences at the centre. Dr Mitchell is kind and thorough maintaining a good sense of humour and positive outlook. You can tell it is a good place to work with the banter that is exchanged between staff who are also kind and thourough. Thank you for making my visits welcoming and pleasant.

Waited for 40 minutes for my appointment.
I then had a quick breast exam, my blood pressure checked, and my usual script given. Still in shock that I was charged $180 for this!

I have just come from a specialist appt this morning and he asked me who was my GP again and I said Dr Margaret McCarthy and he said how lucky i was to have such a good and thorough professional doctor. I
agree, Dr Margaret McCarthy is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time for medical problems. I am also lucky enough to have my skin doctor there also, Dr Paul Angel, who also is fantastic

I had a fall last year, after a month of excruciating pain that was getting worse I booked in with this clinic to get it checked out (my regular doctor was booked out). Straight away the doctor dismissed my pain, said I was "too young" to have any injury and put it down to being "a little sore". I didn't get any form of pain management.

After I finally got in to see my regular doctor, she listened to my symptoms and immediately sent me for an x-ray. 3 months post injury, I was informed I had broken my back.

To say I'm disappointed in this practice is an understatement. I would never return nor suggest this clinic to anyone. I went through 3 months of debilitating pain just because I was "too young". That's not okay.

Have been seen Dr. Sam Mitchell, professional, able to explain issues in plain English. Followed up after visit and did referrals fast and efficiently.

I'm almost 60 years old and this has been the best medical service I have experienced, 6 out of 5 stars from me.

Great Doctors at this fabulous Practice have seen Dr Emma Morgan, Dr Marcus Buchanan, and Dr Sam Mitchell all of these doctors are very professional.

All of them are outstanding and provide professional Medical care and advice.

The Reception Staff have always been professional and lovely to deal with. Always greeted upon arrival.

I visited the centre for help, cause something unexpected stuck in my ear. Unfortunately they don't care at all. This is an excellent example of the centre without any empathy, no help. I am going to report them to the Health Ombudsman, because everyone has responsibility to help, if they can't they should direct me to any other place I can go for help. Unprofessional, wrong place to go if you need any help. Pharmacy is more knowledgeable than people there especially reception.
