Dr. Couvillion is awesome . She made me feel comfortable and was also attentive to me and my concerns . She truly listened and then started to brain storm on all the things doctors think about when dealing with a rare disorder. Then gave me clear instructions to follow up with until our next visit . Her staff was amazing as well. Top notch practice !

I love Dr. Eubanks. My appointment today could not have been better. I checked in fifteen minutes before my appointment time and was called back to the Exam Room well before my appointment time. Dr. Eubanks came in, gave me a thorough examination and I was out and on my way home in less than fifteen minutes. What a wonderful, efficient office!

Dr. Helyn Alvarez and her assistant were very kind, attentive and informative. I am new to this location and they made me feel very welcomed. They did not rush me and they answered all of my questions. I was not feeling well and probably my appearance was not up to par. However they treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you Dr. Alvarez and your nice assistant for that.

I only waited in the waiting room for about 3-5 min and then I was seen shortly after. Everyone was very nice and explained about the biopsy she was doing. It was a very quick appt.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Couvillion for years. She has always taken good care of us. My only concern is that sometimes it takes months to get sn appointment - probably because she’s so good. They do have a system where you are notified of cancellations, which is helpful.

The staff is great. My 2nd and last time to visit the doctor I saw today. The first time I thought I caught her on a bad day, very unfriendly and couldn't wait to get out of appointment. Same thing today. I've never have given a bad review to a doctor, she may be knowledgeable, but I will not come back. I will find a new medical dermatologist. With melanoma in my family, I will find a doctor that at least pretends to care.

I had an amazing experience with SBA. Dr Bruce explained everything in detail. She is so kind. Courtney was very knowledgeable as well. I had a little procedure (Botox) done with no pain at all. I’m so excited that there’s a plan in place to bring about a far more youthful looking face! I’m no longer afraid of cosmetic procedures.
