We strongly do not recommend this company based on our experience.

We purchased a 2019 Mercedes-Benz E450 from Sara C Trading, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The car had a faulty driver’s side window, and although the company initially promised to fix the issue, we ended up paying for the parts ourselves. On top of that, we had to personally take the car to a repair shop they recommended, which was inconveniently far from us. After several days of delays, the shop was unable to fix the issue, and the company then instructed us to take the car to a Mercedes-Benz dealership they suggested.

While they did cover the repair costs, they promised to reimburse us for the parts we had purchased out of pocket, but this promise was never fulfilled.

The problems didn’t end there. Due to this issue, we were unable to use the car for almost half a month. Despite their commitment to deliver the vehicle on the first day, they delayed the process significantly. We were eventually forced to visit their location in person to retrieve the car, incurring additional expenses as a result.

To make matters worse, after these incidents, the seller stopped answering our calls and refused to take any responsibility for the unpaid refund or their broken promises. This unprofessional behavior turned an already unpleasant experience into a nightmare.

It is incredibly frustrating to invest in a high-cost vehicle and then face such delays, false promises, and a lack of accountability. Their dishonesty and poor customer service left us deeply disappointed, and we regret our decision to purchase from this company. For anyone considering doing business with Sara C Trading, we strongly urge you to proceed with extreme caution.
