Where do I start, the first thing that happened was my mothers paperwork was not sent to My Aged Care, until after the cut off date so package was withdrawn. I finally had it reinstated. When we signed on the day, we agreed that the cleaner would come on a Wednesday, from 9am to 11am. The cleaner did not turn up on Wednesday, came on Thursday 8am, we were not told, had to take my Mum to the doctors at 9.15, cleaner only stayed for an hour. They were supposed to cancel our other cleaner but they never did. On the same day the person that signed us up, said she would send some pads for my mother in a couple of days, that never happened, then said again later on she would send them again, that never happened either. The person that was supposed to be looking after my Mother would not answer my phone calls or say she was going to call in the afternoon countless times but never did. I'm sitting around day after day waiting for a phone call, nothing, not even a sorry, not good. We asked could we get the man that mows the lawn now, signed on with Sapphire, they said yes, he also tried to call them countless times, they would not answer his calls either. One lady told me they had sent him an email to tell him he was on the books . About three days later he rang me to ask what was going on, told me they had not sent him an email.This has all happened in only six weeks. Go elsewhere.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Sapphire. They have been my support for about 7 years.
Communication with their office could sometimes improve but that’s a minor irritation.
Care staff are always punctual and do an amazing job, thank you Sapphire I wouldn’t cope without you.

“Sapphire Living Fulton House has been a life saver for me and my 93 years old mother, who was sitting at home all day with no social interaction or stimulation. The decision to send my mother to Fulton Respite was not easy for either of us, because she never used to socialised before, but visiting the place and chatting to the staff made me to arrange a trial visit. After that day, I could see the effects that an stimulating day generated on my mother behaviour: she would not stop talking about her day and how nice and welcoming everyone was to her. Of course, she is attending regularly now and has even engaged on little craft projects. To look forward every week. Special thanks to Susan and her warm approach to welcoming my mum in every occasion she attends; and also to Debbie and Britney for all their help and diligence with the necessary administrative job. I highly recommend Fulton Respite, as a home away from home, safe and caring environment. Thank you.”

My mum has been a Sapphire Living client for the past 9 years, along with my dad before he passed in 2022. All of the carers that have been to them have treated them with the utmost respect. My mum can still remember all past carers names and has always spoken highly of them.

I can never get the help I need. There seems to be a staff shortage. They are unable to supply a gardener or social support person. I organised my own and Sapphire have not paid them for 5 months. I now have to pay for gardening and a chimney sweep and get reimbursed. Bit never get reimbursed. There is a big problem with the accounting system. It worked for I month after I discussed it with the Accounts dept and since then they have given me no statement at all. I do not know where the money allocation is going to but it is not to my helpers. Maybe it would be better if I moved to another service provider as Sapphire does not have a reliable accounts dept at all. I require urgent social help with brain games after a vehicle accident and have been waiting 8 months. Sapphire need to understand that they need to meet their clients needs if they are to continue in business. Also pay the contractors! Reimburse the clients who have to pay the contractors themselves as they no longer trust Sapphire or have been waiting many months for payments. I am an EX CEO and this is not good enough .

In all honesty I could never recommend Sapphireliving as a provider bad communication with management ready to spend money in your package some workers not up to scratch always late with payments I am now with a new provider and they have made me feel I am important

Absolutely disgusted in this service. No one calls back, the call centre staff can't spell or hear ,staff don't clean the house properly , and the theft of funds from my parents accounts is elder abuse ... I'm now in the process of reporting this company .
