I booked my 6 weeks old boy for his first check up and jabs. It was a pricey first visit $170 with a $40 rebate. Our Dr was thorough with the check up and was friendly. Not sure I would want to continue paying for future standard consults that will cost me over $100 for my little boy with every visit. Currently still open to another GP.

The reception staff are friendly and the wait times for appointments are reasonable. I have a number of complex chronic conditions and Dr Tharuka provides excellent care for helping manage them.

The doctors are great but the reception staff clearly have their way with the place. They don't like taking appointments. Expect reception to put your call on hold as soon as they pick up - sometimes indefinitely. Also if a nurse calls you and you call back, they will not be interested in getting to the bottom of why you received the call.

I've been going there for years. Doctors are great. But I'm at the point now where I don't understand how everyone puts down receptionist are great. Every time I call they are beyond rude. Today there wasn't even a greeting on the phone. Then I get asked my name. So I respond with my first name before I can say my last name. I get a rude response. Not the first time. The amount of times I've been there and seen them be rude to elderly people. I very rarely put up reviews. But I'm tired of the rudeness. It happens Every time I call. I only go there because the doctor is fantastic. But don't try to leave message for your doctor you get scolded. Really over it. If u don't like answering phones and dealing with people all day. Don't take it out on clients find something else to do.
