I can't say enough good things about my experience at Sanitas Medical Center. I've had the pleasure of receiving primary care here and last minute "emergency" care and it's been the most amazing experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider.
From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly (Big shout-out to Reynaldo and Ramses). The office itself is clean, modern, and creates a very calming atmosphere. But what really sets Sanitas apart is the quality of care and attention to detail.
My primary care physician at Sanitas Dr. Manuel Martinez is an absolute gem and so is Esther. They take the time to truly listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain everything, and involve me in the decision-making process for my health. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I leave feeling confident and well-informed about my care plan.
I've also been impressed with how efficient the entire process is at Sanitas. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, wait times are minimal, and they even offer convenient online services for things like prescription refills and lab results.

My first visit with Dr. Andrea Dagar was great! She is amazing and took the time to listen to me, was very caring, and took her time. The service has been great from the start. Esther called me before my appt to get everything started and all of the staff there was very nice and helpful! Everything went smooth and I felt taken care of.

Dr. Martinez is the best Dr ever!!!! His medical assistant Esther is amazing. The whole team is great! I am actually sad that my insurance is changing and my times with Dr Martinez is limited ?. I loved the care given by the Dr.

Horrible, lost all respect for this place. My mom has been to the emergency room twice for kidney stone and had an appointment with her regular doctor today and it was very rainy so she was 10 mins late and they didnt take her ! Says the doctor LEFT ! What type of bullshit ? No 15 min grace period ? The doctor couldnt wait when patients ALWAYS wait for them ? They close at 5pm and couldnt take a patient just because she was a bit late in hurricane weather ? Pathetic. The doctors are NOT EVEN GOOD, they dont even CARE the way a doctor SHOULD. Im very disappointed. My poor mother who was declined had a kidney stone & ciatic pain and they declined her. I dont recommend this place.

Dr. Martinez is my doctor and the best doctor I ever had. He is loving and caring and is really clear on his information and instructions. His medical assistant Esther is very loving as well. I love her care and attention.

My wife required a referral because a follow up of an accident we call to request referral and doctor office request 2 times the referral as well with reasons and supporting documents. However we drove 1 hour to our appointment and the doctor office said the never received the referral. We contacted Sanitas to complain about this lack of responsibility and they started to justify with not arguments the reason the referral was not processed. I don't feel comfortable with this attitude because we have all the supporting documents that proof we did the due diligence also the doctor office request for the referral. They told us different unjustified reasons and we still with no trust and confidence that Sanitas have the service that we required because this simply thing is innaceptable I waisted 4 hours driving back and forth and the whole day of work that a simple apology can compensate this damage.
