This is the bomb! So glad I found this wonderful place. My puffiness has reduced considerably since starting here and Teneille is excellent at her craft (lymphatic massage). I'm loathe to recommend her more as everyone will want to come haha. Seriously though, Teneille is a great practitioner who really does do wonders!

I have been suffering with full body fluid retention really bad! It’s been so painful and making the day to day impossible! Have had one session today and I already feel better and can visibly see the difference! I had lymphatic drainage massage and compression on my arms! She is a miracle worker and also made me feel completely comfortable! Warm and bubbly personality plus results. I highly recommend her and will be going back! Absolutely 10/10

Holy moly relaxation!! I could not recommend Teneille at Sanctuary of Wellness more. I have had issues with my lymphatic system from my first time having COVID years ago. She went the extra mile and educated me on the importance of lymphatic drainage and gave me home care advice to help speed up detoxification.
