Such a disappointing experience. This clinic is far from caring if you have mental health issues or chronic illnesses. No compassion and downright judgement by one of the Drs. It was my family Drs surgery for over 25 years in the past. Its changed...Such a shame.

This is an excellent place to go if you have run of the mill health issues. My family has severe Chonic Fatigue Syndrome and over a span of 20 years when we have been desparate I have used this clinic. They are not able to provide a safe environment for this illness. Today I experienced this once again.

The doctors are great, however just had to leave the practice because they are prioritising expansion/ construction/ profits more than patient care. I could not get a parking spot close to the clinic and the security guard insisted we leave rather than assisting with finding a close by space. Patient care and consideration seems to be very much secondary to the construction trucks having better access. Disgusted to be honest.

Dr Lara Walker is an amazing doctor, so friendly, considerate, and focused on patient care and outcomes. I highly recommend her and the SAN GP Centre.

I would give 5-stars to Dr. Jordan Sandral, very knowledgable, great manner, and amazing doctor. He will be my regular GP and Family doctor in the future.

Downside is that elder reception staff lack empathy and positive attitude. I’ve read previous reviews and everyone seems to be saying the same thing. Reception is the front face of the business, could really use improvement.

Younger reception staff are nice though! Special mention to Sarah who is very nice and lovely to deal with.

Enjoyed the visit. Toe surgery went quick and smoothly. Dr Piers made sure that I was comfortable throughout and gave good instruction for what to do in the future.

Wow - extremely unpleasant reception and administrative staff!! Honestly an awful experience.
The specialist was running an hour late and my young children were being quite patient and well-behaved (for 2 and 5 year old boys), whilst I was settling the bill the boys started chasing each other (for maybe 15 seconds, I literally looked down for a moment to put the new appointment date in my calendar) when this older lady stormed up and asked me to “control my children as it will disrupt the Dr’s”. For a centre that provides paediatric services, I would expect the administrative staff to be a little more understanding and kind to parents - particularly when they would have witnessed how long we waited. Very disappointing experience.
On another note, it is courteous to let customers/patients know if there is going to be such a lengthy delay. The receptionist gave us no updates (or apologies) for the wait time. I am very familiar with healthcare - having worked in it myself, but a little communication and empathy can go a long way.
