I highly recommend this practice. The doctors take the time to understand patients' concerns and are willing to follow up to ensure recovery. They are proactive in offering care and seek input from other doctors when a second opinion is needed. Dr Samy is very professional and openly apologise to all the patients if there’s a wait time. I wish there was more practice like Samy Medical.

Dr Bong and Professor Samy are both awesome. They take time to listen to your concerns and I didn't feel rushed at all during the consult. Definitely a rarity to see a GP practise that still offers great service and bulk billing. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Dr Fiona,Dr. Arwinder pal singh and Dr. Lenard are all very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They are really family doctors, I feel so welcomed and treated as one of the big family! Samy Medical in Canning Vale has been my trusted clinic for years, and Dr. Leonard Jivan is an excellent GP. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about his patients, which is rare these days.

What sets them apart is that they still bulk bill, unlike most clinics in Perth. This makes quality healthcare more accessible and affordable.

If you’re looking for a caring and professional clinic, I highly recommend Samy Medical and Dr. Jivan. It’s a place where you feel valued as a patient.

Dr Fiona Chua is an excellent GP and works hard to really listen and understand what's going on. She has a very calm and compassionate manner that makes going to the GP a lot easier. 5 stars for her alone.
Original review - January 2025:
On site pathology and bulk billing is useful. Unfortunately, the GPs I have seen have a limited understanding of mental health conditions and how to work with patients with complex concerns.
