generally unhappy with slow works, often days/weeks between visits. forced me to check every little thing the moment they finished for a day because there were so many defects. asked me to provide matching tile grout which I did, then proceeded to use their own different branded and coloured grout anyway, now it doesn't match properly. didn't fix other reported damage prior to sending invoice, blamed me for not 'communicating' with him despite me sending picture messages weeks prior.

SLB recently undertook and completed a studio build for us, which is simply stunning.
Sam’s attention to detail on both the interior and exterior of the building is evident, as a result of which the studio is essentially an extension of the house. Sam interacts and communicates very well with people, there were never any doubts as to where things were up to, and any queries we had were answered. Through his connections within the trades, the sequence of work was seamless, and the tradesmen brought in were also first class. Altogether very well priced. Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with, will undoubtedly use SLB services again. Highly recommended.

Sams attention to detail is amazing and second to none. He is very polite,punctual and communicates very well with progress on the job he is doing. I would definately recommend Sam for any carpentry or building work.
