I found Karon while holidaying on the Gold Coast. I was looking into Spinal Flow for myself and 7 month old daughter after having a stressful labour and birth. I also was holding onto alot of emotions and experienced bad sciatica specifically after pregnancy. Karon is kind, explained how Spinal Flow works and created such a calming experience for both bub and I.
By the end of my first session I could feel the release of emotion and the softening of muscles. I went back for another 2 sessions as I could feel and notice the big shifts in my body. My sciatica improved dramatically by session 2. I'm really grateful we found Karon, and the experience we had. I'd highly recommend Spinal Flow and Karon. Can't wait to attend one of the Retreats. I was lucky enough to attend Saltwater Spinal Flow MEtreat and it was life changing! Karon has such a kind heart and is amazing at what she does. Karon created such a welcoming and comfortable environment where we stayed in a beautiful house surrounded by nature. It had the perfect amount of yoga, spinal flow sessions and free time to relax. There was even a pool, sauna and spa to use too. Don’t get me started on the food, it was absolutely divine made fresh by an in house chef every day who catered to my dietary requirements. It was so lovely to connect with likeminded women and grow together. Oh and the best surprise ever on the last night which I will never forget! 🙈💃Highly recommend to everyone, you will walk away a completely different person. Thanks so much Karon for an amazing MEtreat. 🍃💞✨

I had the pleasure of Catering for the 3-day Me-treat hosted by Karon and Saltwater Spinal Flow. What a treat it was indeed.

Even as I busy bee'd around the kitchen making yummy food, I could feel (and witness) Karon and her team's nourishing, centered, and warm energy holding exquisite space for those attending. The programme was lovingly prepared to nurture a flow of body, mind and heart practices as well as plenty of space to simply be! Karon is a wonderful facilitator with a massive joyful heart. She is a skilled and intuative space holder and teacher and her passion for her craft shines bright! I was deeply inspired by this amazing woman from the moment I met her.

I recently attended Karon’s spinal flow METreat at the beautiful Milkbar Valley. The beautiful surroundings, delicious nourishing food and the connections and activities planned made for an atmosphere and experience you just couldn’t top. Karon’s passion for this project together with her knowledge and intentionality, made for a transformative time away. I am so grateful to her for bringing this to life.
