The best clinic our family has attended. Thank you so much to the whole team but I have to say a very special mention to Jenny the nurse. As a mumma I was so nervous but she was so calming and nurturing towards me and my kids did not even cry when they got the needle - something I was dreading of hearing. The whole clinic was very professional and caring. They weren’t above and beyond for my family and it’s the best doctors we have ever been to.

I have been a patient of Saltwater Medical for 5+ years. The team provides exceptional care. All of the Doctors, and the nursing and admin staff, are knowledgeable, empathetic, and generally (barring emergencies) run on time. To achieve this at a time when we know our health services are "under the pump" is quite an achievement. Special shout out to Dr Rick Allen.

Personally, I have been on a challenging medical journey. To be treated with courtesy, respect, compassion, and expert medical support by the team at Saltwater Medical has improved my life! If you are needing on ongoing relationship with a GP practice there is nowhere better.

Having accessed the services of GP practices for over 40 years, I have never experienced a better patient doctor experience than the one provided at Saltwater Medical. There is a very positive culture across the practice from the compassionate and efficient administrate staff, friendly caring nurses, and experienced Doctors who walk your medical journey by your side as your diagnosticians and health advocates.

Saltwater Medical prides itself on longer consultation times, never double booking and always running on time. And they do. In the 5 years I have used this practice, the longest I have waited for a consultation is 5 minutes.

Recently, a member of my family who was experiencing a significant medical issue, was being mucked around and delayed by their specialist. Feeling powerless in their relationship with the specialist, they called the GP practice for support. On a really busy day, the practice was amazing. The admin staff were kind, took the details and passed them to our GP, who made a call to the Specialist’s rooms, that spurred the specialist into action. At a very stressful time in our lives, having a caring medical practice at your back is priceless.

The specialists in the Medical world get all the glory, but it is the many great GPs in Australia that are our real heros. Thank you Saltwater Medical.

The team at Saltwater Medical go above and beyond for the health needs of myself and my family. The whole team are caring and empathetic and exceptional at what they do. The doctors take their time to listen and ensure that any issues or concerns are handled effectively. Did I also mention - they run on time, the longest wait time I've had is 5 minutes!!! Could not find a better practice on the coast!!!

I am so grateful for the exceptional care I receive by the Team at Saltwater Medical. Dr. Nicola Kettleton-Butler is a rare species in the GP world. She listens with intent and purpose. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable and exacting in her diagnosis and recommendations. She is warm, patient (in spades!) and reassuring. A cut above the rest and I am so fortunate to have her expertise and support at my back for all things medical.

Then, there is the Team. I have to mention both Jo and Keri who don't roll their eyes when I ring, smile when I enter and leave and have a giggle or two. They are just the sweetest and everything runs seamlessly at front of house because of them. The nursing team are stellar and know their stuff!
