My children both attend here a few times a week and the difference to my sons breathing and my daughters eczema has been amazing. I see such a big difference in them. Thank you Salts of the Earth my son needs his puffer less and has got rid of his terrible cough that never seemed to want to go away after he had covid as a baby. 1 year on it was still around after a couple of weeks at Salt therapy it had disappeared. To say Salts of the Earth has been a game changer to our lives is an understatement. we have been doing this now for a year 3 times a week and my days off before I started was about 30 days for the year for my sons croup last year I only had 3 days. Just 3 I couldn't believe it! as soon as I hear that little croup sound bang off to salt 3 days in a row and no need for steriods he is all better! They also have great customer service and make you feel like family. I highly recommend its even done wonders for my eczema so double bonus for our family! This is our second home and Elijah loves coming to his Salt therapy 💕

Salt Therapy - since the very first Salt session couple months now, beneficial results felt, respiratory function improved, post COVID cough resolved, enhanced sleep quality, feeling calmer, reduced anxiety. Salt session ambience is incredibly relaxing, peaceful music, rejuvenating massage chair and the breathing in of the very valuable fine therapeutic salt, it’s a wellbeing marvel. The experience complimented by the warm welcome from friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff, all great, especially owner Andrew, goes above and beyond, excellent work ethic and quality customer service.
The only criticism is that I wish I had started this a few years back but grateful I’m reaping the benefits now. Highly recommend Salt therapy at SOTE, do yourself a favour today! 🙌

All the staff here are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I bought the 28 day salt package for a post viral, bronchial cough. It worked an absolute treat and the cough fully went away in that time. As well as enjoying the maximum relaxation that came in the beautifully set up room, I can’t recommend highly enough.

I cannot express how thankful I am to have found Salts Of The Earth Narre Warren South. Thanks to regular Salt Therapy and Ionic Foot Detox Sessions my chronic cough has cleared. Additionally, asthma is now only mild and occasional, eczema has disappeared, and I have a much clearer head and increased energy. The sessions are affordable and easy to book, the facilities are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Andrew has been so kind and so informative. He provides such a beautiful clean space where one can just escape and truly relax!
From the moment you walk in you are consistently greeted with such a warm welcome. It’s is so refreshing how much pride is taken, with the lastest most up to date equipment. Always so incredibly relaxing, friendly and no questions go unanswered.
Every session is tailored to your specific needs, providing the results sooner rather than later.

I have going to Salts of the Earth Narre Warren South for a few months now , I wish I had started sooner. The venue is clean, calming and inviting. Andrew and Paul are so knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. I work very long hours and this my place of recharge & relaxation whilst proving my body & mind with a world of health benefits.
I am now taking my grandchildren with me & they absolutely love it and ask me ' when are going to Salts again'?. While I feel enormous benefits in my body, the best by far is my improved sleep.
