Finding Sally was a lifeline during an incredibly challenging time in my life. Sally created a safe and non-judgemental space for me to process my emotions, explore my feelings, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. She offered me insightful guidance and challenged me to grow, all while being supportive and understanding.

The telehealth sessions were convenient and allowed me to access therapy from the comfort of my own home.

I am incredibly grateful for Sally's support and truly believe I would not have been able to navigate this difficult time without her assistance.

Sally is caring, supportive, soothing, respectful and a protective therapist. Always professional, the experience of telehealth via my computer was exceptional for a safe and comfortable environment to share my thoughts and feelings. My need for support and guidance was met with gentleness and understanding.
I started as an overwhelmed, overheated menopausal ADHD woman with a limited ability to make decisions as an adult. I ended up being a calm, sensible human being with a sense of humor who can make decisions that I know are right for me.
I know how to set my boundaries, how to look after myself as an adult, I know my limits and accept them. I understand why I was distressed; Sally was able to help me see the cause of my distress and help me trust myself as an adult.
The Key aspect of her treatment for me was education about myself and the use Bilateral Sounds Desensitization and Reprocessing.

I am writing to give my unqualified recommendation of Sally Walsh, a Registered Clinical Psychotherapist in the Sydney area. I am a retired physician. I have experienced long-standing issues with anger management and intermittent bouts of depression. Things worsened this year to the point that my relationship with my wife was affected, and that drove me to seek help. I was referred to Sally by an online matching service and began weekly telehealth sessions with her. Being a left-brain science-oriented person I was very sceptical of her methods after our first session. That said, I knew I needed help and decided I would continue on despite my doubts. I was astonished when her techniques began to bring many repressed childhood memories to the forefront of my consciousness where they could be processed and dealt with. These revelations continued with each session until I finally felt that all the negativity had cleared. I ended up feeling lighter, happier, and rediscovered the energy and motivation that had left me before my sessions with Sally. Only time will tell if this will be a lasting “fix”, but Sally gave me the tools to self-treat if things begin to turn dark again. I am very optimistic that I will be able to maintain this newly found positivity going forward. If you need help like I did, I can highly recommend contacting Sally. You don’t need to know why her methods work (I certainly don’t know why) – just know that they DO work.

Sally has been incredible. I found myself wound so tight that I wasn’t able to think clearly or even really know why I was feeling that way. Through Sally’s warm and gentle guidance I have been able to unravel and understand the cause. I always felt safe, comfortable and supported. I’m really grateful to have found Sally.

I completed a Depth Enquiry with Sally over a few weeks to aid in minimising and potentially putting an end to my night terrors. I was quite nervous at first as I didn’t really understand how it would all work but with the support and guidance from Sally, I trusted the process and it was very successful! I let my mind flow and always felt safe. Even though it was quite daunting at first, the experience was fantastic. I felt a connection with Sally, I trusted her guidance and would highly recommend!

A number of weeks later I can reflect that the positive impact has been ongoing. I can't thank you enough Sally!
