Went to see Sally feeling like I was pretty broken, now I know why I am, but have a plan to work on it. First session today and amazingly I actually feel a bit better. A lovely lady with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, very sound advice and a great sense of humour. I anm pretty confident that she actually may be able to get my shoulders working again!!! Well worth a visit!!

First visit to Sally was very reassuring. Sally was able to assure me that I hadn't torn my rotor cuff & that she could work on my shoulder muscles to help me with my pain & there were exercises I could do to help the process. My next problem was with my tight thigh muscles & glutes which Sally diagnosed. I was having trouble walking up & down my 13 stairs & walking up inclines without significant pain. I was considering knee replacement but have been able to defer it at present as a result of Sally working on those muscles & I follow the exercise regime Sally gave me. Unfortunately Sally cannot cure my osteoarthritis but I can manage my stairs & walking up inclines a whole lot easier than before. Thank you so much Sally.

Sally has been amazing help to me in my journey after 2 total knee replacements.There is no doubt that I wouldn't have had such a wonderful recovery without her magical hands and knowledge of the body, relieving the swelling and rock hard knots in my muscles. My pelvis needed an enormous amount of treatment after walking incorrectly with arthritic knees for years. I now walk straight and tall with occasional help from Sally..Thank you so much Sally

I started seeing Sally for remedial massage over a year ago for ongoing stiffness and tightness post knee surgery. She has helped me enormously with this and my leg always feels much better after seeing her. She's a great listener and is very empathetic. Highly recommend!

I went to see Sally with chronic pain due to spondylolisthesis in 2021. I have tried many different therapies over the years, but Sally definitely helped me the most - for the first time in years I had pain free days and then weeks. I first went to see Sally about 2 years ago after injuring my shoulder. She helped keep pain levels manageable and my mobility reasonable until I could have surgery to have it replaced. After surgery her work helped me rebuild mobility and strength and I see her now more as a preventative maintenance for stress and strain of daily life on an aging body. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, wonderful skills and caring nature. Best massage therapist I've ever had!

Sally is absolutely amazing. She’s talented, knowledgeable and very professional. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I’m one of those people who spend long hours in front of the computer and a couple of years ago I started to experience neck and back pain. Sally has helped me to return to a healthy body state by teaching me the right posture when sitting and standing up, recommending me easy but effective exercises and, of course, through remedial massage. I had a weekly massage for 5 weeks at the beginning and now I have a monthly massage wit Sally every month and I’m always pain free. I absolutely recommend Sally.

Great Remedial Massage.
Phoned this morning and was very lucky to get an appointment today at 200pm. We are travelling through and I was desperately needing a massage on my hip/ leg.
Very helpful. Lovely lady and one of the best massage I have had in a long time. Sally asked the questions and then worked on my issues. I am now walking without pain.
