The professional and welcoming space provides a comfortable, non-judgmental and safe space to explore your challenges and goals. Laurinda is well qualified in various techniques such as art therapy, hypnotherapy, counseling, DBT and play therapy (to name a few) which she encompasses appropriately to meet individual-specific goals. I've made absolutely phenomenal progress within 2 sessions and have felt the difference within the few days after. I can not recommend Laurinda enough!
