Sage Manor Bowral is truly a stunning place to stay. I spent five nights there while attending a training course, and it was such a beautiful experience. Kylie and Jason are incredibly thoughtful hosts who go out of their way to make you feel right at home, their warmth and hospitality made it feel like my own home during my stay. I can’t recommend Sage Manor highly enough!

A truly wonderful weekend of exceptional yoga, delicious food, and a fabulous message. Sage manor is a beautiful and spacious home, surrounded by gorgeous gardens which instantly make you feel relaxed. Kylie and Jason are so welcoming and have thought of everything to make the retreat a special occasion. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

I held my first retreat at this beautiful venue. Kylie and Jason were welcoming, kind and hospitable. The house and gardens are stunning, and although it poured all weekend, it made for a super cosy setting in these lush surrounds. We felt right at home.
This was not your typical yoga retreat, a bit louder than the norm, with music activities and wine, but our hosts allowed us to be free and expressive in their home.

Sage Manor in Bowral is a magical space that allowed me to truly relax and enjoy a long weekend yoga retreat. The accommodation is beautiful and cosy with peaceful surroundings, making it the perfect place to escape from the daily grind. The food was nourishing and delicious. I can't wait to return. Thank you to the Sage Manor hosts, Kylie & Jason, I didn't want to leave the peaceful bubble of Sage Manor!

Spent a long weekend at a yoga retreat at Sage Manor - wow! Such a beautiful location. Accomodation and grounds were beautiful and the food was fabulous! Amazing doesn’t even sum up the atmosphere at Sage Manor! Magical is probably a better word! It has a feeling of peace that starts the minute you arrive, it’s a beautiful manor with beautiful surroundings gardens & is managed & owned by beautiful humans Kylie & Jason who go above & beyond to make sure your every need is met! Such a place of healing, a place that nourishes the soul ?Highly recommend Sage Manor! Will definitely be back!

I've just experienced not only my first retreat but also my first ever actual yoga session with Kylie at Sage Manor in Bowral. I wanted to say thanks to Kylie and Jason for a great weekend. I certainly have a new appreciation for the strength and difficulty of Yoga and plan to better incorporate into the new me!

Kylie and Jason are beautiful people who are so welcoming and so passionate about what they do that it's impossible not to become inspired. Sage Manor itself is gorgeous and well-looked after with comfortable reading and relaxing spots in different rooms, with comfortable chairs, throw rugs (perfect for winter) and great facilities.

Kylie runs the yoga and workshop side of the retreats and she is patient and extremely knowledgeable about her practice and made me feel very included and welcome (despite never having done yoga before and jumping right into the deep end).
Jason has a passion for food and clean eating and made delicious excellent quality food with a great variety for choice so we were never hungry. Jason's passion for eating well to nourish your body and good gut health is inspiring (and delicious) so much so I have even requested recipes that they are kind enough to share.

They catered to all our desires and ensured we were all well looked after with plenty of options to do our own thing, and never pressured anyone into participating. I definitely plan to attend again in the future!

Unfortunately, I used the weekend to (for the most part) detox from my phone so didn't really take any photos of the beautiful facilities or the food.

I booked the Kookabura cottage for the Easter long weekend and had the best time. The beds are very comfortable and cottage is very well equiped with a full kitchen and aircon/heating in both bedrooms and main living area. My son absolutely loved the huge outdoor space at the back of the property too! Will definitely be back! Thank you to Kylie and Jason
