Have tried many different mental health services and it’s been a hit or miss, safe haven definitely helped a lot. The idea of just being able to drop in whenever (during open hours haha) is just so great for me. Staff is also super nice, chill, professional when needed. I just wish sometimes this service is available earlier in the day (even if it’s just earlier in the afternoon).
