I met the lovely Tanika recently and received some of the most gorgeous wellness products of hers.

A large jar of Love Thy Self bath salts, Magnesium spray, well not onky smell divine but leave you feeling rejuvenated, skin soft and hydrated and gift voucher which I am looking forward to trying with Bowen therapy.

I haven't experienced BT myself however I have heard good things from others.

Tanika held a beautiful womb healing session over zoom so personalised to what my body was needing in that time. I felt so safe and comfortable as we went through a visualisation meditation connecting me deeper to my heart space and true self. I felt so connected to my intuition afterwards. I have attended quite a few ceremonies, bowen therapy, womb healing and other one on one sessions with Tanika over the past year and have thoroughly enjoyed/ received exactly what I wanted or needed. The space she holds for you is beautiful and she is very intuitive, and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was lucky enough to have Tanika do a private full moon and fire ceremony for myself and some friends at my place and everyone was very happy and enjoyed the event. She is my go to healer I highly recommend her services to move forward to be the best you, you can be 😊

I've had 5 sessions with Tanika during her 8 week course and in that time I have felt massive shifts from all the blocks in my body and I can now feel the flowing energy again. Tanika is experienced and connected to source which is evident in her sessions which I get so much out of and look forward to more releasing after the 8 weeks.
