Attended on a Tuesday at 0880hrs for bloods and GTT. The phlebotomist was extremely efficient and put me at ease with her friendly and calm manner. I stayed more than 2hrs, staff reassured and made me comfortable all the time. Great experience. Thank you team for your great patient center care. Definitely recommend, I will go back again for my further tests. ☺️☺️

Although there was quite a wait, the staff were professional and most importantly, gentle.

This used to be my local pathology before I moved and I’m gutted that they’re no longer down the road. The staff are wonderful they’re down to earth, warm, open and welcoming. They somehow manage to use patient-centered care for something as small as a blood test. If you are nervous about getting your bloods done I recommend coming here.

Attended on a Saturday at 0930hrs and met by welcoming staff. The phlebotomist was extremely efficient and put me at ease with his friendly, calm manner. Couldn’t rate them high enough. Was back in car within 5 mins. Will definitely go back

I liked the service. they did it with care. It's also open till 4 pm on Mondays when most of the pathology are closed by 12:30 . Placed in good location

The staff at this clinic are helpful and reassuring to me that I would be okay afterwards and to drink more fluids like coffee or tea with milk. My arm was a bit sore but I'm expected to be a bit bruised in the next few days. Results back to my GP in the next few days.

Great staff who stayed after hours to do my blood test. I checked online for closing time which was 0430pm while staff let me know that closing time was 0400pm. Online hours need to revised for patients as well ad people working there who was not supposed to stay after hours. Thanks again.
