Took my mother their after speaking to the ambulance staff, they had arranged for her to come here.

A great experience at Bright after the RAH transferred me there to get looked at due to wait times. Bright took me in within 10 mins of being there, were professional, courteous, informative and took the time to listen and provide advice. They also organised a follow up two days later to check and see progress. All done with a smile. Keep up the great work Bright.

Had trouble breathing. Was connected to the ambulance by 1800 health direct. They wanted me to go into hospital. I didn’t want to go into a hospital to wait in the emergency dept waiting room for hours to be told after hours and hours that I’m not going to have much assistance from the hospital other then chest X-ray & observations. Glad was taken here 1000x over and above being taken to the hospital ED. Was seen very quickly. Doctor attended very quickly. Examination and evaluation by trained nursing staff was completed very quickly and efficiently. Clean environment. Polite & highly verbal competent staff. They were very quiet in early morning at 8.30am Saturday morning but got quite busy. They remained approachable and interacted with me so refreshingly mannered that it was just lovely. Had same treatment and examination and observation as id have had in acute care hospital and it was better as it wasn’t pure mayhem like would have been if I’d been taken in emergency dept. Only thing was instead of being ramped in ambulance and unable to get my breath stuck at RAH I was able to be moved to Isolation area quickly. I wasn’t stuck in over flowing filthy waiting room catching more illnesses from crowded room with people camping on floor and lined up out the door… I was seen very quickly and I was instead promptly moved to an isolation room. X-ray was quick & technician friendly and very easy to get in and around facility. Ambulance staff clearly knew what a good place this was as spoke about the facility with high regard. Despite it being really difficult location to get to from the road for the ambulance it was much preferred then any emergency dept I’ve attended. I honestly was so pleased I was able to go here rather then the recommended QEH or RAH that ambulance staff were told to take me to. Was there until 2pm and then quickly discharged with likely medical issue of long covid and laryngitis & all in all was so happy I was not stuck in over filled over flowing hospital with no attendance when I was unable to get my breath! Was a really welcome experience compared to past experiences in hospitals. Incredibly grateful. Please if anyone sees this review with any influence - WE NEED MORE THAN JUST THIS ONE PLACE AT SEFTON PLAZA WE NEED MORE OF THIS AND LESS RAMPING PLEASE USE THIS AS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW WE SHOULD GET HEALTH CARE RATHER THEN THE WAY SA HOSPITALS HAVE BEEN!!

Sent here from RAH Emergency. Needed advance care after being treated at RAH a couple of days ago. Service was outstanding from reception, to nurses, doctors and especially the nurse practitioner who helped me. Excellent service. Wewe need more places like this. Especially in the Eastern Suburbs. Again, excellent healthcare. Don't hesitate if emergency ask if you would be willing to go!

I was unsure whether I needed to go to emergency, I was referred to this place, seen immediately, staff and doctors were very professional and friendly and they were able to process tests onsite and set my mind at rest very quickly, certainly beats waiting over 4 hours in a hospital emergency department.

I am not a fan of going to the hospital so when the paramedics suggested taking me to Bright at Sefton Park I was glad.
Once inside this lovely facility I was treated with respect, kindness and had top notch care.
From the reception staff to nurses and doctors the visit was far less stressful than it may have been had I needed to go to the Emergency Room.

Went in with severe nausea and vomiting due to intolerance of medication given to me at another hospital. The care here was outstanding from the moment I reached the front door, so was the overall cleanliness. Such a beautiful environment to be in when you are feeling so unwell. Nurses and Dr were very attentive and caring. So glad that I was referred here. Much better than my hospital experience. Left feeling much better 🙏🏾 thank you so much 😊
