When I first injured my hand at work I wasn't sure of the outcome.
I never thought I would need to see a hand therapist, I guess like some people I had the
'it will heal it's self idea'.
I found SA Hand Therapy and thought let's see if they can help me recover. What do I have to loose, can they really help me...were my thoughts.
My mind was changed from the initial visit with Jordan. The knowledge, understanding, care and passion for his work was there. He went through everything and helped me understand what was required to recover. Jordan was able to help me recover quicker than expected and return to Daily tasks and return to work.
I can not recommended SA Hand Therapy enough for is you have injured yourself.

I was unable to perform my work duties and normal day to day activities without pain when I was initially referred and went to SAHT. I was suffering from pain and discomfort in my wrist and shoulder post injury at work.

I had my appointments with Jordan for the duration of my treatment and he really listens. He took the time to understand my injury and was great at explaining what was happening then tailored some exercises to build up strength. I am still implementing these exercises in my workout routine.

Jordan is professional, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and understanding. Everyone I interacted with at SAHT was kind and helpful. All this happened before and during Covid, clinic is clean and safe. I have nothing but amazing things to say about my treatment. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing the team at SA Hand Therapy for around 12 months. I found them professional and able to adapt to your personal requirements. I experienced a couple of different clinicians who I found to be up to date with current evidence based practice and where enthusiastic in implementing non invasive treatment before discussing your care requirements with your GP. SA Hand Therapy took me though pre and post surgery and have helped me get back to my pre injury normal.

I had carpel tunnel done a month or so ago was advised to see Jordan to continue monitoring and to continue with my right arm, Jordan has been patient as it has taken abit to get results and hasn’t stopped trying for answers he is persistent and will definitely be coming back if there are any problems

I only have good things to say .. had surgery on my right hand cmc joint and ended up with complex regional pain syndrome… was seriously in sooooo much pain ..But thanks to ESTHER LEUNG @ SA Hand Therapy… working ,massaging ,manipulating my hand -thumb sending me home with information and exercises to continue the great work she has been doing on my sore thumb … She was also so gentle at the times when it was needed … lovely lovely lady , fantastic therapist… I will actually miss her and our appointments, she has got my thumb back to ,if not better , than it originally was … and it feels great … 👍🏼💜👏🏼
