The dental staff were both highly professional and very nice when I took my elderly pensioner father to see them about getting him a voucher for new dentures. Furthermore, when a troublesome knee suddenly got much worse and Dad found he couldn't actually walk on it, both the dental staff and reception staff went absolutely above and beyond to assist us. I can't speak too highly of them all. They were wonderful.

very happy with the service, the dentist I have is very good, and very helpful, I had 8 teeth out in one go and had little to no pain, I thank God for this dentist.

After living In China for many years and having very bad teeth and extremely lot of pain, and side street dentist over there, with removing teeth, root feeling with no anti pain injections!

Brought my niece to her appointment and can safely say this is the worst dentist I’ve ever seen. The front counter staff and actual dentist were great. But the dentist was clearly as frustrated as I was with her helpers , dentist had to keep asking them for things which they didn’t prepare earlier , nothing was in the room so they had to keep walking out to a cupboard for their supplies. Wasted so much time. Ridiculous

In summary, very entitled dental staffs (one or two of them are exceptions) and mostly unethical front office people. Their front office function is to get rid of people as much as possible by NOT answering phone calls (no joking) or by giving nearly impossible dates for patients. Yes they are funded by SA Health (aka tax payers money). One of our neighbours even raised a formal complaint against these clowns when they played their usual trickery against the neighbours little kids. Unbelievable its a first world country!!
