Our lovely mum spent the last 2 years of her life in this nursing home. We will always be so grateful for the love and personal care that was given to her. She would regularly fondly comment that "the people make the place". We all enjoyed being able to sit and chat in the gardens. The caring and supportive culture in this facility is very strong.

If you are thinking of putting a beloved family memeber here... THINK AGAIN!!!!
I experienced first hand the way residents get treated by the "carers" in the facility and I was disgusted watching these "trained professionals" treat the elderly like furniture by being rough and not showing any remorse in their actions!
My partner, who has been a carer for many years did one shift and told me she never wanted to go back!
She was not treated like she was part of the team, she tried her best to make that day the easiest as possible for the residents and when she asked for help she would get turned away, be given an excuse or be told that they would come back to help and then they would never return by the other "carers".
I would never recommend this facility to anyone, I would point them in the other direction towards a facility that would guarantee security, comfort and competency.

I received a call from a manager who promised all home care and support services,and after many phone calls and one visit to their office in Lyneham,no services were provided,And they took and accepted all the relevant referral codes! So no one else could access,this held up my work in starting these services with other providers,a very deceiving group!
