The young girl on reception was disgraceful, rude and lacks customer service skills. The Dr was great but the receptionist makes me want to never go there again. The manager needs to consider if this girl is best suited to this role and I would suggest considering hiring someone else more qualified.

I would've given negative reviews if I could. This practice has absolute zero professionalism. The doctors are terrible and absolutely don't not care for their patient. I waited almost two hours to see a doctor ultimately couldn't see him as he had to go. Don't go.

I had THE WORST experience with Dr. SAHAR PAKMERH. Please don't come to her, I never recommend you to see her. I am really UPSET WITH HER !!!!!!!

I already made appointment want to see her since couple days ago with the receptionist.

When my day time has arrived and I came to this medical centre with on timing ( on that day when I came not to many patients wait approximately only 3 people including me).

I waited for her more than half an hour and I am incredibly SHOCKED when the receptionist told me, she DOESN’T want to accept me as a new patient.

It's ridiculous, and she is VERY RUDE, even though I asked with receptionist I want to talk to her and ask her why she is reject me while I was already waiting for more than half an hour.

I have told the receptionist, I would to talk with her and asked for the reason, and the receptionist called her back but Dr. SAHAR PAKHMER STILL REFUSED ME.

This Dr. SAHAR PAKMEHR DID NOT want to COME face to face with me and she DID NOT say sorry to me.
Dr SAHAR PAKMEHR is a really AROGANT person.

I can understand if she doesn't want to accept a new patient anymore, but please let the receptionist know it, before a new patient or other patient want to see her.

ALWAYS get a second opinion when you visit this medical centre.. you wait 5 hours to be seen by a DR. for 5mins.. they give zero fuggs about your health.. our families have been here for 6 years now it's their medical profession is too far up their a** not caring to help those in need of medical help.. The receptionist, if only yous had the same energy Filing papers and typing B.S on your computer with your customer service.. This Medical Centre is shyt..

Mate always told 1 hour wait. Never again had it with this place 2 to 3 hour wait. Other doctors I go to in like 15 to 20 minutes. Only reason here is my doc off for 8 days

Just got off the phone from Isabelle the receptionist after waiting 25mins for her to answer the phone. Terrible, rude and abrupt. I thanked her at the end for making an Appt with the Dr to get my test results. No thank you, you're welcome or goodbye. Just hung up. If I can use my manners, surely you can as well, it's your job after all.

Very poor services
Came in told me I had 2 patients in front 2hrs later still waiting
Just for blood test results rated one star for my patient for these useless doctors ?
One lady that was there booked a appointment she waited for over an hour
Then told me to wait in the room 30-40mins later

Terrible waiting time The Worst Medical Centre I’ve been ! My 11 weeks old son had 8:30am appointment half an hour later asked the receptionist how many more people in front was told 2 , waited outside doctors door 1 1/2hr hour later she called 4 people already but not Us . Ended up leaving Don’t waste your time with this Centre
