Very quiet and clean medical center. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Dr Wu is wonderful.

Did a blood test, the only nurse did mine even though in general I need to make an appointment for this test.

I've met the worst doctor in Sydney, his name is Danny Wong, and he has an incredibly arrogant and rude attitude.

First of all, towards the end of the consultation, while I was still speaking, he actually interrupted me by saying that I only had 30 seconds left for this consultation. I hadn't even finished describing my problem yet. When I asked if he could schedule the next appointment for me in case my condition didn't improve, he said no and told me to go to the reception desk. When I mentioned that my previous GP could help me make the next appointment, he said that he wasn't my previous general practitioner and that I could go to my previous general practitioner. He was extremely arrogant. When I asked whether some equipment could be used to examine the inflammation in my ear, he said no and insisted that I had to clean out the earwax first. In fact, I haven't been able to hear with my left ear for a whole month, but he didn't care at all because, it wasn't his ear. He just kept repeating that he couldn't see my eardrum. All in all, this consultation was completely useless.
But the receptionist was really nice. She was very polite. And since I was a new patient, she took my blood pressure.

Shout out to Dr Nelson Nguyen who is a great GP, very attentive and conscientious. I can also recommend Dr Patrick Choi, Dr Hea-Won Park, and Dr June Lee. Most of the GPs bulk bill, the exception being Dr Lee.

There is a car park underneath, but with two caveats. First, it can only be accessed after turning left from Blaxland Rd travelling northbound. Secondly, it's quite small and if you drive in and discover it's full, you're stuck. You'll need to leave your car in the middle of the car park and go upstairs to exchange your entry ticket for an exit token before you can get out. It's happened to me!

I had a blood test today, and the nurse who did it was so kind. The needle didn’t hurt at all when it was inserted or removed.
She really seemed like a pro!

Good practice located in a quiet area. They have a bit of parking available but otherwise, it’s a short walk from the ALDI carpark. To get here, it is a bit confusing - you need to go into the building and up the elevator.

I came here early in the morning so I cannot comment on whether waiting times are long, but from my experience, it was very quick and efficient. The receptionists aren’t the most friendly bunch I’ve met, but they get the job done.

Amazing clinic highly recommend it! Staff is friendly, very short waiting time, and clean facility. Dr. Nelson is fantastic, he went above and beyond, explain everything clearly and truly cares about his patients.
