Avoid at all cost. I enquired about a Lymphatic Drainage massage following post op. My body is not familiar with how to navigate fluid to my lymph nodes due to surgery reasons. Due to this I have fluid build up under my belly area (seroma) when I asked if a massage therapist that specializes in seroma too can help navigate the fluid and focus on the seroma drainage I was told "sorry we don't do that as it can cause infections and recommend to see a oncologist". I have had 2 previous sessions with a skilled Lymphatic Massage nurse who was able to move and aide in the fluid to drain naturally.

It is my first time visiting this clinic and first time in my life having Chiro and acupuncture seasion due to suffering from neck disk bulge.
Dr Turkel, the chiropractor, is treating my pain with her great knowledge, experience and miraculous hands and I really appreciate what she’s done for me so far
Besides, the receptionists of the clinic are really polite and good at their job.

Had a really awkward massage with a male staff member, it was evident that he wasn’t confident and most likely offered the service to fill out his bookings. During our brief consult I mentioned that I was only concerned with my back, he then proceeded to rub my legs for 20 minutes. At no point did he ask if the pressure was ok, it was very weak and his hands shook the entire time. The lights were left on, which wasn’t great when i rolled over, and he only put music on halfway through which stopped playing after one song so I could hear everything going on in reception. Afterwards he let me know that I have a tilted pelvis, which I already knew about and did not ask about, because I just wanted a massage. I left feeling a bit ripped off, especially considering that I am trained in massage and know what is the standard. I have heard good things about the other staff and the receptionists were lovely, but it really was not what I would expect from a $110 remedial massage.

My partner and I have been seeing Alysha for acupuncture treatments for several months and cannot recommend her enough - whether it is for general well-being or targeted issues, she has been able to assist with and resolve multiple complaints that other treatments/practices could not seem to help. Very skilled.

I would highly recommend Rouse Hill Wellness Centre. Mel was fantastic. I had a massage targeting pain in my back, leg and arm. The pressure and technique was perfect. And, the customer service from the front desk to the massage therapist was excellent. Very friendly and on time making the whole experience great.

Very well run centre. Reception is always friendly and handles bookings effortlessly every single time.
I have been going here for acupuncture for the last 2 years and I can’t thank Alysha enough for helping me throughout. I would highly recommend her for women’s health in general, supplementing fertility treatments, pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She genuinely cares for my well-being and her treatments have made a very positive impact on my life. Thank you, Alysha!

This is the best massage place ever! Couldn’t recommend Lauren enough, she works with the exact pressure and on the exact areas that need extra care. I had pregnancy massage and will come back ASAP when baby has arrived. Can’t wait for my next appointment and my well deserved snooze in Lauren’s hands.
