Booked an apointment with Julie Dimech, their dietitian. I arrived 5 min early out of respect for their time. Waited for almost one hour and there was no message from the staff on when the dietetician will bother to see me or at least an apology for keeping me waiting. Their only concern was to make sure that I would pay for the consultation. I left 40 minutes after the booked time wishing that the staff and the dietitian will tell themselves what they would've told me if I was 40 minutes late for the appontment. Do they realise that this is a business and any successful business is based on respect?

Dr Ryan Chen was very professional and knowledgeable. He picked up my son’s abnormal breathing so that his lung infection didn’t develop into pneumonia. He checked on to see if he is fine and recovers from that.
