Have been with this practice for my health needs for some 20 years. Whilst I have seen most of the doctors over the year, Dr Albert Tran has been my "go to" guy. He has been fantastic managing my conditions and other "specialist" he as referred me to have praised the way he has been handling my conditions.
Reception staff in general are helpful and like any human, can have the odd off day which I do not begrudge them. Some "Entitled" patients are so rude and demanding not wanting to listen to them. From time to time new young reception staff start and it is incredible how rude some people can be towards them. I think many of the bad reviews here are just from those rude entitled few.

Dr John is an amazing he’s been my doctor for over 6 years and I can never go anywhere else. His kind, caring and will go out of his way to make sure you get the best treatment possible. I’ve had a couple of issues in the past and he’s helped me through all of them, he’s not just a doctor but he also has a bit of therapy up he sleeve. He will get to know you, understand your needs and guide you through everything you need in order to get better fast. He will be there by your side if you are scared of anything including needles, he will also ring you up straight away once your results come back. He is honestly the best doctor and I couldn’t recommend anyone better. Unfortunately the only down fall is receptionist, you will ring them up even when it is not busy and they won’t answer the phone or they answer the phone impolitely. There is only one girl in receptionist who is honestly so beautiful, They need an online booking system and send you a confirmation text of your next appointment as I struggle to remember when my next appointment is, if it’s so far ahead.

The practice manager at Rosemeadow (blonde bob with glasses) is one of the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She is unpleasant, patronizing to everyone, stroppy with her tone to clients and her colleagues. A total misery to deal with. Everyone else is delightful!

Very disappointed as I have used this centre for a long time & it has taken one staff receptionist to ruin such a good thing. It has literally taken me years to get my husband to see a doctor & as soon as we are told we must revisit the receptionist on a late Saturday afternoon with no one but the doctor, her, me & my husband there, are told to go across the road to get a mask as she refuses to give us one when i asked politely. They have for me previously & states that they don't have any... What a crock. It wasn't unintentional for us to not bring a mask, we got caught up at the last place we were in & ran out of time to go home as planned & bring our masks. Very disappointing to be treated this way. Felt like a total power play by the receptionist. Other staff have always being amazing. Will refuse to deal with this staff member from now on.

The female doctor we've been seeing is amazing and very thorough.
However, there is an awful smell in waiting room /reception area. Almost like bad body odour..

Just recently made this my local doctor no issue with the actual medical centre itself. But the blonde older lady at reception is rude and has disgusting customer service. Not only made me stand out the front while she went over my details loudly with other customers in waiting room, would not let me get a word in about what the appointment was for. She then proceeded to talk about me to the other customers about me presenting without a mask. I won't be visiting this medical centre again.

Dr John is a great doctor, very caring, had blood work done on a Friday and he called me Saturday night to discuss. He went out of his way. Would recommend.

I like the Indian female doctor. She is so caring. But doctor Albert Tran is so Rude and unprofessional . Will never go see him again .
