This place is a joke. I was on a wait list for my son to see a OT specialist and a speech therapist for almost a year... my son finally made it to the top of the list and had my appointments booked in. Come the day of the appointment and the OT cancelled my appointments 4 times before my son was finally seen. Then made the appointment for speech and has now cancelled twice. What a joke....

A very inappropriate assessment of my 5-year old child by Dr. Lidya So. I had to literally stop her assessment. There were even questions asked to my child 'Who are you going to live with in the future? Do you have a boyfriend at the moment? to a 5-year old girl. We felt really stressful and miserable during the whole assessment. It would be recommended to appoint someone who has greater social skills and displays more kindness to better suit the job.

Very grateful to the nursing staff who helped me under the Hospital In The Home program this week. Very professional and courteous, prompt and efficient. Big shout out to Jamie, Nelly, Shannon, Sam and the other lovely nurses.

I went to Rosemeadow Community Health Centre to have my wisdom tooth removed (Normal Extraction as it is NOT Impacted). The lady Dentist said nothing is wrong with my wisdom tooth and is completely healthy. I was so upset as she did not pulled my tooth out however she gave me a basic teeth cleaning as complementary. Everyday experience discomfort and pain from my wisdom tooth but today its very painful. And knowing that it should be pulled out last year makes me really sad. I will book another appointment and hopefully it will be taken out.

Edit: I decided to have my wisdom tooth taken out by a private dentist. With the wait times due pandemic and they are only attending emergency cases, I would have to wait longer and who knows they might say the same thing again. It is frustrating that it should be free but because the dentist didn't listen to me now I have to pay private.

My wife and I have nothing but praise for dental staff and receptionists at Rosemeadow and Ingleburn. In fact we'll go as far as saying its the best dental "experience" we've both had. Skilled practitioners, quality work and lovely people.

Wonderful service with a great doctor. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. An appointment mix-up meant I had arrived way too early, but I was seen to, treated, and out the door in 20 mins.
