Very quick to book an appointment and then to be seen. Test was very gentle on my child. We also needed to see a GP for a respiratory assessment and didnt need to wait very long. Doctor was empathetic and quick to sort us out with the script we needed so my child could get medicine.

Fast and effective covid testing. I arrived at my scheduled time, was served instantly and finished my test under 2 mins. Whilst their booking system did have some errors due to the sheer volume of requests they receive, this is to be expected during the spike in cases.

Really easy place to get vaccinated. Book on-line for an appointment. Once there, waited in line for about 7 minutes and was then vaccinated. Had Astra Zeneca and had very minor reactions to the jab, some minor shivering on the first night. No reaction whatsoever to the second jab. Highly recommended. I now have great peace of mind.

Efficient booking - no referral needed and no wait time. Efficient testing and 12hr turn around results - tested at 2:30pm, text message at 10pm to confirm lab had received sample with results sent at 3am. No parking on site, parking on side streets nearby.

Called at 7.30 this morning as woke up with a slight runny nose and sore throat, booked a 7.45 appointment and had the test done all within 5 mins. Parking available. Very efficient and well run, only it’s a challenge to hear what the testing people say due to their thick PPE but they need to be protected from covid so you might need to ask them to repeat instructions

The booking process is painless, there’s no waiting around, staff are friendly and efficient, results are returned quickly

However the nurse collecting my sample appeared to simply sanitise her gloves in between patients, rather than changing into new gloves as per NSW PPE guidelines.
Ventilation in the tent could also be improved.

Brilliantly managed vaccination clinic with wonderful staff. Checking in is efficient and wait times are very short.
My immunisation history was updated on Medicare immediately upon checking after each visit.

If you needed to get a Covid test, this place is great. Book ahead, fill out the documentation before arriving, then the process is whenyou arrive I smooth and quick. The staff there are great keeping wait times small.
