Terrible customer support! Due to train strikes, my pregnant wife couldn't make it to her appointment. They demanded a $50 compensation, and when I offered to pay it during my next visit, they refused to schedule me for another appointment. To make matters worse, the doctor even called me to ask for the $50. Very disappointing experience.
