Dr Andrea Henderson is amazing. Very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. A great addition to a lovely practice. She does a lovely job of my anti wrinkle treatments also. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I've been seeing Dr Dent here for years. She a lovely doctor and quite knowledgeable. But the practice itself has lost me. I emailed to organise a repeat script, the reception staff replied saying the Doctor would not prescribe me PALEXIA. Which given it isn't the medication I asked for or one I take isn't terribly surprising. I called a few weeks later to organise another script, reception took payment and said they'd send through an escript. It's been 2 days so I thought I'd call and find out when I am getting this script only to be told by the answering machine that the practice is closed and their operating hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm.
Which given it is 2pm doesn't make a whole lot of sense. In summary, I'm upset, I'm out of an essential medication and I will have to plead my case to whoever is open today to get my medicine before next week. I can't workout if this treatment is malicious or just negligent but why bother with these guys when I can get this kind of treatment for free anywhere else.

Dr Simon Murray is a brilliant doctor who has a perfect mix of knowledge and kindness. I had to have a procedure completed and Dr Murray and Jody did a fantastic job at keeping an extremely anxious, difficult patient (myself) calm enough to get me through the procedure. Absolutely would 100% recommend using this clinic and this particular doctor as your regular GP. Thank you both :).

After two years of a pandemic, everyone is sick, tired, stressed, and time-poor. Yet this clinic's team is empathetic, attentive, pragmatic, and brill at what they do. I trust them and their clinical expertise.
It feels wonderful to enjoy seeing your doctor, no matter how grim the concern (Doctor Manfield and Skin Consultant Terri are my absolute favourites).
I always leave my appointment with newfound knowledge, a sense of accomplishment, and a smile.

Rest of practice seemed nice enough, had a terrible experience with Dr Helen Israel though. For multiple issues she refused to refer me to specialists saying I didn’t need it, at one point asked ‘is there even anything wrong with you?’ Before letting me explain. When I did explain she exclaimed ‘really? It can’t have been that many’ to an issue I had and insinuated I was lying about it. Was incredibly judgemental and mean and was very little help. I didn’t even bring up other issues because I know she would refuse and tell me I didn’t need it. She has availability because she’s no good, do not recommend. 🙁

An easy first time visit for me as an out of towner and much appreciated after days of illness. Dr Renata was practical and considerate to my sensitive demeanour. Staff were kind and efficient. Overall very happy with the experience.
