Reception staff were really helpful. Fitted me in for an appointment quickly. Dr was approachable and I got what I needed. Unfortunately not bulk billed and having to pay the full amount up front and wait for the Medicare rebate a few days later can be tough when money is tight, but that is the same as a lot of medical centres now.

The medical centre is very nice and clean and so welcoming atmosphere. Dr Joel is very helpful so with his wife worked in the office for him. I would recommend my family and friends to go if they needed a doctor.

One of the doctors here made my partner feel uncomfortable with seemingly racist remarks and ignored confidentiality to go behind my back and try and get more information on the situation without consent. On following up, was told by the practice manager there had been other complaints about this doctor and was then asked why should they believe me if I wasn't willing to provide my partner's details. would visit elsewhere if possible, nobody should feel uncomfortable for simply getting healthcare.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Miranda Maw a number of times in the past 12 months and I was blown away by her compassion, care, and thoroughness. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and listened intently to my concerns.

Not only did she take the time to fully understand my medical history, but she also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt at ease when I left.

Dr. Maw’s bedside manner is truly exceptional - she is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about her patients. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and left the appointment feeling much better than when I arrived.

I highly recommend Dr. Maw to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate, and thorough doctor. She is an absolute gem and I am grateful to have found such an amazing healthcare provider.

I only book for a flu shot. The service is very good! Love the environment - very clean and spacious. However I was taken aback that when I go for just a flu shot they also charge me $82 of consultation + $20 flu shot! This is the first time I ever got charged for a consultation for taking a flu shot. With the current cost of living crisis going on this is NOT ok. I could have done it at Priceline / Chemist Warehouse and just pay the $20 for the shot.

Gaudiest practice I've ever seen.
Mclaren loved the sound of his own voice. Liked to speak more than listen. Refused to send me my report by email (they're still on fax somehow), and gave me the names of his referrals without a number and acted like he was doing me a favour. No wonder his books are empty.
