We recently moved into the area and needed to find a new dr surgery. We were happy to find we could access a dr on a Sunday who didn’t charge through the roof for a visit. The reception staff were friendly and automatically changed our dr for us when the dr we were booked with was running super late ensuring we were seen sooner. The dr was really lovely, friendly and genuinely interested and curious about the current health concern and past history. We will be making this clinic our new regular when we need to see a GP.

becoming an extremely money minded business. have been using them for 7 years. nowadays 3 minute phone consult (today with Dr Sujab) and they charge me $33 and charge the public (medicare) $43. ridiculous. they keep creating more reasons for you to consult back, by sending you for pathology swabs etc so you can ring/visit back to get results and then charge you again. low care for patient actual needs, high care for their revenue.

I’ve been going to this clinic since I moved here in February and I’ve only ever had great experiences with all staff. Michelle at the front desk is incredibly kind, considerate and just lovely to talk to. I’ve seen a lot of the doctors due to availability and all of them have been extremely compassionate and worked hard to investigate any issues I’ve had. All staff at this clinic have made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and heard. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you all again - you’re brilliant at what you do.

Dr Joel Wright saved my life! when my old gp didn't listen, he did alot of test and found cancer. So thankful, got to it early n now free.
Great local, super clean, super friendly staff. Xray n pathology right next door. So convenient. Thanks rochedale village doctors.

Dr. Iqtidar Bangash has been our family GP for quite some time, and we are continually impressed with the outstanding care he provides. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. His humble and compassionate personality makes every visit a positive experience. We feel truly fortunate to have Dr. Bangash as our GP and highly recommend his services to anyone in need of excellent medical care.

The two stars are for the doctors and nurse at this practice. They are fantastic. But the manager of this clinic in particular, speaks to patients passive aggressively and treats people like they don't understand anything. Called my husband 1 hr before his appointment asking him to cancel his 7pm appointment because apperantly he booked for the wrong injection? The flue vaccine was the only option availble online.once I clarified she didnt even bother to ask the GP if they were ok to administer it themselves. Then started saying "so do you want to know our after hours fees?" Still insinuating to cancel. Previous times she has declined to call pathology for my results- when that was the reason for the booking. Some compassion and care in particular at a health clinic would be appreciated.
