Robina Town Medical Centre is very convenient to park and get to. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The three or four doctors I have encountered are very knowledgeable. They listen well. Dr Luke Ward is one doctor whom I would recommend to others. Even those with complex needs.

It was an unusually quiet mid morning when I attended the surgery reception. Maybe it was the quiet before the storm!
The young lady who received me was neatly dressed, polite and helpful. It was a good start! My wait for Dr Ward was short and my
time in his office fulfilling. I took the opportunity to thank him for steering me to age 90 in December. I showed Dr Ward a photo of me receiving a certificate from the state Minister of Education for swimming 20 laps of an Olympic pool on my birthday.

I’ve been a loyal patient at Robina Town Medical Centre for over 15 years, bringing both myself and my young children without issue, until recently. While I’m happy to pay a consultant fee for appointments, I find it absolutely unacceptable to be charged a “recall result fee” for a telehealth appointment regarding results that were requested by the doctor. We've never been charged for this service before, so when I asked about the new fee, I received a very rude response from the receptionist.

The reception staff has consistently been unwelcoming, and a little courtesy or a smile would go a long way. It’s incredibly disappointing to experience this decline in service. Regrettably, I believe it's time to take my family to another medical center.

This was a very bad experience. I usually have to wait for the doctor in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. The first time I was late for 10 minutes due to parking issues. I had already completed registration at the information desk, and then sit down and wait more than 5 min. The staff at the information desk came to me suddenly and told me that the doctor was unwilling to see me because I was late for more than half an hour. I was obviously only late for 10 minutes, and their work process also exceeded 10-15 minutes before notifying the doctor. They insisted that I was half an hour late. The staff at the counter had a very bad attitude. I asked if there is a feedback form? They actually said “no”, no that kind of needs, if they were even 1 minute late they would be refused to see the doctor. They should remind the patient in the appointment confirmation message that they had to come all the way to find a parking space but this happened. The doctor was obviously in the room, but she just closed the door in front of me. This kind of arrogant attitude, I really don’t understand the reason for it. Is this how they treat the patient? This is not so responsible.

If I could rate Robina Town Medical and Dr Nicole Hutchison higher than 5 stars I would. The practice is always clean and the staff are always friendly and efficient!
I’ve been seeing Dr Hutchison for several years now and I’ve never felt more comfortable with a Doctor in my life! Dr Hutchison makes you feel so at ease, never dismisses any health concerns and always helps to get to the bottom of it. She truly is the best of the best!
