We have nothing but praise for this medical centre. We are on holidays from Perth and I had a nasty fall at one of the waterfalls on Tambourine Mountain. A traffic controller near there fixed me up as best as she could and advise me to go to a doctor. My wife goggled for any availability at medical centres close to where we are staying. We managed to get into see Dr Coleen at Robina Medical & Dental Centre. The service we received was outstanding. Receptionist was welcoming, Dr Coleen was very thorough in her examination and explained what she was doing. The nurse who put the dressings on was also very thorough. Not once were we made to feel we were a nuisance or treated any different to their ongoing patients.

They squeezed me in at the last minute on a Saturday. The GP was kind and Incredibly thorough, as I was a new patient. What really stood out to me was the exemplary service provided by the receptionist - the one with a tattoo. She was professional and efficient, but also charismatic and cheerful - a delight to deal with. An absolute asset to the practice and she brightened my day!

My visit today to Robina Medical and Dental Centre was a breeze. Friendly and efficient reception staff only too happy to help. I didn't have to wait too long for my appointment and parking was easy. Chemist downstairs in the building which is very handy. 10 out of 10 for my visit to the centre 🙂

We are in the older age bracket and our doctor is very caring and helpful. We have been seeing him for the last 4years and he always makes sure we are up to date with all vaccinations and other medical needs.
